Busy day today
Breakfast was 2 pieces of french toast with raspberry syrup (yum) and 3 small pieces of canadian bacon
Lunch- a handful of tortilla chips with ranch dressing (lunch with a VERY skinny friend) and angel hair pasta with grilled veggies
Afternoon snack- Raisin pretzel from Aunt Annie's pretzels. Less than 5 grams of fat. WOO HOO
About to order dinner for sweetest day. Chicken stir fry on wild rice and salad with low fat dressing on the side. More veggies in one day than I used to eat in a week.
Spent lots of time walking around the mall so did get some exercise. Came up with some options during our drive to the mall. Exercise ball being the biggest one. Can do that in smaller but more frequent segments until I build up some stamina.
Now if I could get rid of this dumb cold.
